Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using GlassBrowser (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the provider of the App (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Apple Standard End User License Agreement
The App is licensed, not sold, to you. Your license to use the App is subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. To the extent these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA with respect to the App, the Standard EULA governs. You acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review the Standard EULA.
License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the Standard EULA, we grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and not to:
- use the App for any unlawful, infringing, or harmful purpose;
- attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except to the extent permitted by law;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App; or
- use the App to access content in a manner that violates the rights of others.
You are responsible for the websites you choose to visit and any content you access or download through the App.
Purchases and Subscriptions
The App may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and the Standard EULA. Pricing, billing, restoration of purchases, and refunds are handled by Apple. We do not process or store your payment information.
Third-Party Content
GlassBrowser allows you to view websites and content provided by third parties. We do not own, control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, and your use of such content is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.
Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
