Common questions
Any in-app purchases in GlassBrowser are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. Your payment is handled securely by Apple, and we never see or store your card details. Charges appear on your Apple account.
Open GlassBrowser, go to Settings, and choose Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy. Restoring re-applies any eligible purchases at no additional charge. If something is missing, email support@glassbrowser.app.
Bookmarks are stored locally on your device. They are not uploaded to us. If you delete the app, locally stored bookmarks are removed unless they were included in a device backup.
Private windows are not persisted. When you close a private window, the session is discarded and is not saved to your history. This keeps occasional browsing off the record on your device.
Files you download are saved through the native Files experience on your device, so you can find them in the Files app (or Finder on Mac) in your usual downloads location.
You can change your wallpaper any time from Settings, and rearrange or close windows directly on the canvas. Wallpaper and layout choices are stored locally and update immediately.
